What you’ll need

The speaker uses the browser speaker page on a laptop or phone. A headset microphone sounds much better than a laptop mic across a room.
Listeners scan a QR code or open a link on their own phones — no app. Ask them to bring headphones, and size the venue Wi‑Fi for a full room (or rely on mobile data).
Rehearse with the real microphones before the event.
